Earl Grossman, Partner and Senior Vice President
Earl has nearly 20 years of experience organizing educational group educational travel programs. As Senior Vice President of WorldStrides, the nation’s most trusted student travel company, Earl has served in multiple capacities including finance, operations, and sales force development. Earl helped found SYTA, the Student Youth Travel Association, and serves on the Board of Directors for United States Tour Operators Association, the leading industry association for travel and tourism. Prior to entering the travel industry, Earl spent 10 years as an investment banker and management consultant. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Alice Ganier Rolli, Partner and General Manager
Alice brings a variety of travel and education service experience to the Accent team. She has personally traveled to more than 30 countries and has overseen the coordination of over 400 international residencies. Prior to joining Accent, she co-founded an advertising firm servicing the college and university market, taught high school in the Los Angeles public school system, directed wilderness adventure trips, and served on the U.S. Senate staff for a former U.S. Secretary of Education. She holds a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business.
Adrienne Branca, Vice President of Operations and Account Management
Adrienne manages all account service operations to ensure the successful execution of Accent’s international programs. She conducts annual reviews of our key markets, including recent visits to Japan, China, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and Russia. Accent clients benefit from Adrienne’s shared perspective of university administration, as she previously served as an Associate Director of Alumni Relations at Drexel University. She holds a BA from Denison University.
Jake Mitchell, Vice President of Purchasing and Airline Operations
Drawing on his personal travel experience to 25 countries on four continents, Jake works directly with our vendors to ensure Accent clients receive quality service throughout their program. Prior to joining WorldStrides, he served as a United States Marine Corps Officer, worked in investment banking for seven years, and spent three years as Vice President of Corporate Development for a building materials distributor. In these various fields, Jake has conducted business in several countries. This perspective guides his work in fulfilling Accent’s mission to assist universities in creating leaders in global business management. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Lauren Reppa, Director of Program Development
Lauren works directly with program leaders and faculty members to plan custom international courses. Prior to joining Accent, she worked with Trex Company, Inc. and 1111 Web. This industry knowledge enables her to conceptualize how global study programs will integrate with students’ post-graduate career plans in a way that benefits both employers and students. Lauren has traveled to the UAE, India, Mexico, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand as well as most European markets. She received her BS in Marketing with an International Business minor from Pennsylvania State University and her MSBA in International Business from San Diego State University.

Amanda Laird, Director of Program Development
Amanda joined the team in 2005 following eight years with University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School. At Kenan-Flagler, Amanda worked in the Office of International Programs, concluding with a three-year stint as Associate Director. In that capacity, she managed the day-to-day activities of the International Office including the MBA Exchange Program, Global Immersion Electives, the International Internship Program, and the International Practicum Program. Amanda enjoys using her experiences at Kenan-Flagler to help create outstanding international programs for other universities. Amanda is a North Carolina native and holds degrees from East Carolina University and N.C. State University. She has traveled extensively during her career and has spent time living in Paris. Amanda enjoys cooking, gardening, bluegrass music, kayaking, and brewing her own beer.

Marisa Veni, Director of Program Development
Marisa works with our team of experts to coordinate distinct international immersion programs for university clients. She plays a vital role in developing and executing short-term programs which build and promote a lifelong learning experience for the clients she serves. Prior to joining Accent, Marisa worked as a public relations specialist at a boutique firm in Philadelphia. She capitalizes on this experience daily in her role at Accent, where she spreads positive messages and facilitates connections for people around the world. Throughout her many travels, Marisa is always looking for the next “up and coming” destination to learn about. In her spare time, she devotes herself to various non-profits and continuing education endeavors. She received her BS in Corporate Communications from Drexel University and currently serves as the Constituent Group Representative on the Drexel University Board of Governors and is the Chair of Drexel’s Young Alumni Association.

Amy Westby, Director of Education
Amy was appointed Director of Education in 2005. She has administered national and international schools since 1993, a career that grew from an interest in global stewardship and environmental service. In her professional and volunteer roles, Amy has visited 112 countries on five continents. She consults with the College Board, International Baccalaureate Organization, United Nations, 826 Valencia, and the Edible Schoolyard and is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Virginia. Amy personifies the global scholar and she continues to serve as a visiting accreditation officer to numerous countries. Formerly an administrator with The North Hills School, one of the first International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) World schools, Amy received her B.A. from Bethel University and M.Ed and M.A. degrees from the University of Minnesota in Comparative International Education and Development and Education Administration and Leadership.
Tish Zone, Director Global Meetings Practice
Tish brings a wealth of global experience to the Accent Team. As the Deputy White House Liaison at the U.S. State Department, she interfaced daily with ambassadors and senior foreign service officers around the world. Other experiences include serving as the Confidential Assistant to the Secretary of the Army (and former COO of Westinghouse) and in the private sector as an associate with Infotech Strategies. She actively consults with business leaders in emerging markets, as well as larger MNCs and government leaders. Zone received her BBA from Emory University’s Goizeuta School of Business.
